I just wanted to write and say thank you thank you thank you for the Creative Dream Incubator.
It changed my life.
I was stuck in fear and resistance and getting buried under an ever expanding pile of self-loathing because of it. And when we got to Module 4…everything shifted. I realized that my fear didn’t mean that my dream was “the wrong one” or that I wasn’t “good enough” or “brave enough” to go for it. I realized that my fear was just…fear. And if I moved through it everything would get better. So I did. And it did! And taking that first step shifted EVERYTHING else.
I meant to keep in touch in the final weeks of the CDI (and to write this sooner)…but everything was MOVING and I was trying to keep up with it. So much was…and is…happening. And it’s amazing.
I feel so different now than I did at the start of the CDI.
I see more magic everywhere. I’m handling setbacks with more calm and determination. I have more faith in my dream. Even my parents have noticed a difference!

“I was a lucky participant in the first Creative Dream Incubator e-Course. It was 6 magical weeks of purpose-driven, guided dreaming. It was a gentle, energizing whirlwind of meditations, journaling and simple art projects.
The neglected artist in me was scared at first, but then delighted in playing again!
Fun was had and dreams were cultivated.
There was also a place for all the creative dreamers to gather online and cheer each other on. I found that to be a wonderful element… I hadn’t experienced that in other self-help courses.

I had thought that I was doing fine, and I was, but then along came the opportunity to belong to that wonderful group of dream creators and I found that it was the little push I needed, just when I needed it. Coincidence? Maybe… but I’ve really come to believe that everything happens for a reason.

I’d never thought I would find such a supporting atmosphere. Changing job is quite challenging and in time of self-doubt I felt strongly sustained by Andrea and the group in the creative dream incubator.
The meditations were the first treat of the week. Then I would watch the inspiring videos that made me believe fiercely in my dream. I would even use a video or a meditation while falling asleep to feel more peaceful. But the most rewarding for me was the art journaling prompt that I kept for the end of the week, when the lesson had sunk deep inside.
I’m french and feared I would not understand everything. But Andrea’s way of pronouncing is great and I had no difficulty to catch all of the material.
I wanna share a painting I made on my own during the course. It shows how I am unfolding my wings and how my limitations are exploding. I chose bold colors to express the courage and enthusiasm that helped me develop my dream. I’m now sure I will take the art therapy road that has opened.The deep acceptance of everyone is what surprised me most about the course. The support I received. I’m not always easy going, my mood change quickly and I’m very spontaneous. I felt completely understood and received deep advices from Andrea and form the other members. I hope we will stay in touch.
